Allowing the student to form and be part of a direct experience is conducive to their development; the more you know, explore, discover and be able to feel, the better the acquisition of knowledge.

Direct experiences are part of the educational process and involve the child in an innumerable source of meaningful learning, enriching the skills that will develop or, in turn, strengthen those already acquired.


Direct experience in the robotics laboratory.


This activity will train children in the function of basic and essential notions to put them into practice in any other activity to be carried out.

Robotics is an ascending step for children to acquire the necessary knowledge, which helps to want to know much more than what education has to offer.

Students can make robotic models, according to what is learned in the laboratory, for this they will have the help of experts in the field, which will strengthen learning so that its objective is fulfilled.

Education changes constantly and that is why it requires the incorporation of direct experiences that satisfy the changing technology in the world.

The implementation of this type of education is exciting for leadership, change, the new, what comes and the needs to face and challenge, making the impossible possible.

The robotics class prepares children for the future, everything that is known today, will change with technology, and their concepts should be taught from childhood, relate, educate in robotics, be prepared to work with the advance.

Objectives of the direct experience in the robotics laboratory.

  • Development of cognitive and motor skills.
  • Interaction and tangibility with the advance and the own creation.
  • The acquisition of skills in logic, reasoning and problem solving from the simplest to the most complex.
  • Being able to encourage imagination from childhood, to train students, as great engineers, scientists, among others.
  • That the student understands that education is the basis of the future and that it is necessary to be part of it.

Function to be exercised by the educator, so that the direct experience is satisfactory in the robotics laboratory.

The educator from the beginning, should guide with the content related to the topic to be treated. It is necessary to build with pieces of legos to familiarize the student with robotics, as well as incorporate essential computer classes, since the student must have a notion of programming in robotics, among others, which are part of the technology and the realization of projects.

Learning and fun activities in the robotics laboratory.

The activity of robotics has many advantages, and that is beyond the learning is fun, so that what is there is done not by obligation, but by passion.

By encouraging children to work with robotics, it helps in the playful part, and this leads to the new paradigm of education, and we must educate with tools for the good of the student.

Activities:

Robotics class shows the result of efficiency, instructed by education and knowledge.

The engineer, or instructor in charge of the teaching of the robotics class, must be qualified to provide the correct information, since these will serve in the process of development, elaboration and creation.

The guidelines must be given in detail of each process, teaching from the basics to the most complicated. In addition to the functions that each piece must fulfill and how they should be placed.

It is well known that a single practice does not allow the complete acquisition of all knowledge, but this will help advance in future projects.

The person in charge of educating in this field, will advise the students on what they should do, imparting basic notions, for example: program, design, manipulate, create, in order to include all the parts as in a puzzle and complete homework.

Children will be able to explore and learn what are the parts and tools that should be used to create their robots or the design idea they wish to elaborate. The important thing is not to stop when creating, but to awaken the senses that overflow creativity.

Design of samples.

Children can develop their own designs according to what they have wanted to do.

It is a propitious opportunity to give ideas and get along with each other, to achieve a great invention that meets the needs of the public or themselves.

The educator and the leader of the group will guide in the elaboration of the drawings, explaining whether or not it meets the expectations of a potential client, then they can carry out the samples, as a school project, if they wish.

Conducting tests.

Students must receive different models of robotics, which they will put into operation, making improvements or redesigning.

This activity will allow students to relate to mathematics, design, computing, motivate themselves by wanting to learn how to put their designs into operation.

Robotics is more than a simple design, putting in evidence and practicing all acquired knowledge, the different themes that help produce objects of great value to humanity.

Stimulation to the investigation.

Students must use the tools to investigate possible changes that have existed up to now and that must be modified, for this, it is necessary to learn to use the computer correctly, to program, verify data to unify pieces, among others, that are part of the process. Which will allow the creation of the object in execution.

Children will be programmers of their own technology, it will be of value to them and what they have learned here will be hard to forget.

Teamwork.

The activity of school robotics, becomes an incentive for teamwork, helping participation and collaboration, which is helpful for ideas to fit together and form a surprising invention.

Children will understand how teamwork facilitates things, although not everyone thinks in the same way, it is possible that ideas are related, taking advantage to achieve a common goal.

The positive and constructive critical thoughts will be maintained, being able to understand that the imagination is the one that breaks the barriers and is the one who will turn them into great inventors.

Activities to do in the classroom, when the direct experience in the laboratory culminates.


The enthusiasm of the student is a special task of the educator, therefore, it is essential that it be carried out in activities that reinforce the acquired learning.

The educator to complement the experience, will ask the children to make groups to make a model or robotics work, in which they must study, investigate and verify, so that the prototype meets the expectations of the project.

This will be presented and the creativity of the students will be evaluated, verifying that they have made an effort to achieve the objective.
