When we want to make a cake, we always ask ourselves: What will it be like? What flavor will match the day in question? The truth is that I work with what I have at home and / or if it is a very special gift, I buy what is necessary for the cake to be a good gift.

This time the cake has been made with extra chocolate, an explosive combination of super delicious flavors that leaves us captivated and in love with chocolate.

Ingredients to use:

The materials and decoration of our cake will depend on each one, that is, on what we want to add. This cake has been with enough chocolate so that its flavor is incomparable.

Chocolate powder, this time we will use "nucita" cocoa,two cups.caramel, a complete container of 250 gr.
Wheat flour, two cups.Butter with salt, 250 gr.
Baking powder, two tablespoons.Instant coffee, two tablespoons.
Liquor, if you wish; You can add two tablespoons.Dark chocolate, full tablet.
Sugar, quantity one and a half.Eggs, quantity of five.
Sliced ​​almonds.Sweets to decorate, to suit the person.

Ingredients, some found at home, others that we must acquire; To make a cake that really makes you fall in love.

Preparation.

I have placed half of the butter in the container and took it to the microwave to melt.

Once melted, I must add the sugar and integrate both. We can appreciate the melted butter, very well without being hard challenges.

I like to pass the sugar through a strainer, so that it is much finer. So, I proceed with my strainer to add the sugar so that it integrates with the butter.

When we have already added sugar and butter and this has been correctly integrated, we proceed with the whole eggs. Both the yolk and the white of the egg.

We continue with our wheat flour, advice: you can sift or not. I didn't sift it this time, although I like it, but the strainer was small and not very comfortable.

We proceed with our cups of cocoa powder or chocolate powder. This obligatorily sifted it, because I did not want thick residue on the cake. Also add the instant coffee all at once.

We mix everything in an enveloping way, without beating from one side to the other. It is also not good to beat in excess, the cake is put in a state that is not what it should. When everything is integrated, place it in the oven. We are observing from time to time if the cake has been lifted and with a toothpick we verify if it is ready.


Preparation of the cream to decorate.

You can use cocoa powder or chocolate powder if that is what you have at home, this time I made it with a dark chocolate, a chocolate tablet. I have chopped it into pieces.

Once chopped into pieces, I add half of the butter that I have left and I take it to the microwave so that it melts and it is easier to integrate.

When it has melted, then I proceed with a whisk or whatever is most comfortable for me, and I start to integrate, so that a delicious cream is formed, with the butter and chocolate.

Here I show you how I am integrating it. I decided to make this little video so that it would be more attractive in their eyes and they would live in the moment with me.


When the butter with the chocolate is ready, then we proceed with the arquipe. I have added everything, the 250 grams that the container brings.

To give it more flavor and since it is a cake for adults only, I have added two tablespoons of liquor. The liquor is for all tastes, you can add it or not.

Our cream is ready to spread and has a super delicious smell and taste.

The cake has come out of the oven and now we have to start with the preparation of its decoration and the filling of it.

When we have turned it over, we observe that it has the cake protruding from itself and we must put it all uniform so that it is beautiful for the deocrado. We proceed to match.

When we have already matched it, then we proceed to cut in half to fill.


Cut in half, the process of filling the cake begins. Optional if you have coffee ready at home, you can make small holes in the cake and add a little to make it a little more moist. But it is optional as I mentioned earlier. Then, we proceed to add enough mixture to the cake so that it is super creamy.

Observe how it looks delicious and creamy, so that the cake is super palatable to our palate.


Once it has been filled, then we start from the outside to place the mixture to decorate.
