I have lately seen quite a bit of controversy related to Child Protective Services and other government run facilities which care for children (like an orphanage).

I would like to dive a bit deeper today and examine the past of these public sector facilities.

How Did Government Funded Child Protection Begin?

Before 1875 there was no centralized world organization devoted to child protection. The first was the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

But we can not just look at the organizations involved and their mission statements, we need to look further, read below for a few things you may not know about Child Protective Services.

News Article Headline: Missing: 78 children from Oklahoma Department of Human Services custody.

Thirty-eight of them have been missing for more than three months. (LINK)

All 78 were missing with no explaination. The worst part is that these children were under government sanctioned care (Oklahoma Department of Human Services).

DHS program supervisors insisted that there is nothing wrong! They stated that their publicly funded agency has made absolutely no mistakes.

All 78 missing children should be considered to be runaways and that they have not been abducted.(LINK)

Are you joking? They completely brushed that one off! Nothing wrong?

This Is Completely Unfair

Let me emphasize my point, if a parent were to loose their child they would be shamed upon and possibly prosecuted by law.

Why should social services be left unquestioned when they LOSE SEVENTY EIGHT CHILDREN.

Why was nothing done when these children weren't in their tax paid beds that night?

If this was just a one off mistake by the officials of DHS, then the reasonable action would be to fire those incompetent personnel! These children were not even filed as missing! Why?

Read Between The Lines...

The fact that the authorities are not up in arms and conducting a criminal investigation is highly suspicious and suggests further complicity at some official level. There is very good reason to expect a much deeper level of criminal activity related to these children because it has happened before.

The authorities never conducted a criminal investigation, this is highly suspicious!

I believe there may be deeper levels of criminal activity! Plus, these 78 children were not the only ones...

The Interview

I recently watched Sean Stone interviewing Tammi Stefano, Excecutive Director of National Safe Child. Her whole life was spent advocating the safety and protection of children. This may be graphic. Be warned!

The first topic of discussion, how does the christian religion react to this?

Christians will preach that violence perpetrates a calm child.(LINK)

If you continuously hit the child or tell him/her they will be hit, that is what the child will learn and then slap another child or adult.

Of course they will be negatively effected, if they were abused. According to the National Association of Adult Survivors of Child Abuse, 20-25% of children in today's society were sexually abused before the age of 18.

Different Types Of Child Protective Organizations

Tammi wanted to inform us all of the different types of organizations in place to help these children.

Law Enforcement and Child Protective Services

Child Protective Services employ social workers, which do not have the training or capability to investigate child abuse. This is illegal!

Child Protective Services have been taking on these cases without the proper training to do so, this leaves a large room for the manipulation of the agency.

Child Protective Services Have Made Terrible Mistakes In The Past

Tammi warns all parents to contact Law Enforcement if they have to report sexual abuse or physical abuse, because they have the capability and past training to handle these situations.

The minute you call child protective services, you can rest assured the investigation will not be done properly. Here in Los Angeles, 2013, Child Protective Services took thousands of children away from parents, 570 children were murdered in the homes which the children were relocated to.(LINK)

Oh my god! These statistics are only from Los Angeles...

When we looked into it, 1,000 registered sex offenders were given the green light to adopt the children.

Frightening! This is still only in Los Angeles.

Be Friendly To The Court

Tammi described that in America, if you are getting a divorce, then your child tells you the other parent has abused them and you report it to a judge, there is a much higher chance that the abuser is the one who takes custody.

Simply Because they were friendly to the court! Isn't that sick and twisted?

The parent who is desperate to have their child protected is neglected because they were not friendly to the judge and a divorce has no jury.

85% of the parents that report abuse to courts will lose custody and be placed on supervised visitation, with a visitation monitor and it will cost them $40-$200 to see their child for one hour.

There have been cases where the parent says they cannot afford to see their child anymore. You now have to pay to maintain the liberty to have a relationship with your child.

Kids For Cash Case

Kids for cash came out of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania has so much corruption which has been uncovered since Kids for cash. A particular judge was deeming children to have behavioral defiant issues and sending them to a juvenile delinquent facility.

The judge was one of the owners of this juvenile delinquent facility.

The money which they have collected and deemed collected by this judge does not even begin to touch on the money that has gone through his hands.

Very similar to attorneys which pay off judges.

These systems are able to profit from prisoners, these jails should be tax paid, not privately run.

California pays $48,000 per adult prisoner to be incarcerated.

For children it could run up to 1 Million dollars a year, per child.(LINK)

Because there are doctors which force these kids to take psychotropic drugs and go through many horrible and possibly unneeded medical procedures.

Behavioral Modification Camps

Tammi described a case where a child was put into a "Behavioral Modification Camp". What is behavioral modification? It is brainwashing, simple as that.

They gave this child who wanted to speak out about this shock treatments. This costed the mother $7,000 a week. She is still paying today and her son is 26 years old.

She will have to continue to do this for about 5 years and the court never told the mother where her child went, to date.

She was never told the name of the facility, so it may well be another kids for cash setup.

Where was he? Which facility?

Who knows, and this happens all the time!

Children Are Silenced At These Camps

The more they speak out about their abuse and feelings they are deemed to have behavioral problems, possibly receiving more shock treatment.

Similar to a Prisoner of War (POW).

America was one of the countries which had not signed the Safe Child Treaty Act at the time.

Only the United States and Somalia hadn't signed the treaty.

Children Are Property

In the eyes of the judge during a divorce trial, the child (who is most likely not there) is just a name written on a piece of paper, a deed, exactly like a black slave used to be.

Child Trafficking

Sean Stone asked Tammi if she ever encountered sex trafficking in her time working with Child Protective Services, she had some shocking stories to tell, below is the first...

In Orange County, they had a bust of these traffickers, they saved 105 people from trafficking, 65% of those victims were once in Child Protective Services.

They were never reported missing, what we are finding now is this trafficking is a lot bigger and a lot more involved, politically. This means it is no surpise that that the media won't cover the story.

Everybody is afraid because there are some real big heavy hitters who are very influential who are involved.(LINK)

Human trafficking makes more than the illegal drugs trade and illegal arms trade combined.

The Most Heart Breaking Story Tammi Stefano Shared During The Entire Interview

She described a friend of hers, her friend had a beautiful daughter aged 15.

The Single mom was having problems with her daughter, hanging out with the wrong crowd. She felt her daughter needed a bit of guidance. The Mom calls a friend at the police department and explained her situation.

The policemen told her to call Child Protective Services.

She calls CPS and they told her to give up her child. She agreed and this child was placed in a group home. The mom goes to visit her and she is gone. In fact, her daughter and 3 other beautiful young women were gone.

You have to bear in mind that the gates around this group home are high, locked and electronic, you do not get out. there are a full staff at all times and they responded with "We just do not know how this gate opened".

The mother came on Tammi's show, she did not stop to breathe while looking for her daughter. She found her with combined community efforts. This girl was passed onto many people, she was sexually abused, she was a prisoner.

This girl and three others from a state run group home were sold to child sex slavery. How was the gate opened? No one has an answer.

A colleague of Tammi's who runs Humanitarian Alliance found out that within 48 hours after a child is aged out (over 18 and released from foster care), 60-75% of them are captured, how can that be?

In my opinion there may be an insider in the Foster Care system who is a human trafficker.

We are talking about a very small window for foster care systems all over the country, it is near impossible for this to be a coincidence.

My Thoughts On An Atrocity

Child Protective Services is involved in much more than I could write in one Steemit post. We cannot blindly believe in our government, there is a war on truth.

I have been quite saddened by how deep I dove into this rabbit-hole and I am sure I could dig deeper.

I hope that we can all somehow provide a much safer and abuse-free life for our future generation, I DO NOT want to see this continuing and I'm sure Steemit feels the same!
