Good old South African Braai (Barbecue) in the mountains of Cyprus
Seems like such a long time since I blogged - outside of @cookwithus - and yesterday opened up a lovely opportunity to share my outing to the mountains.
Very good friends of ours Shawn and Michelle arrived in Cyprus two weeks ago to settle here permanently. Lee and I were honoured to be their first guests at the house sharing a barbecue.
The food was really excellent. We had steak and chicken with a delicious greek salad and a potato bake that was seriously yummy.

and this is Tim - one of my guests - who is now working in Cyprus. He is from the UK
