Sunday is a Family Day!

I am taking my one-year-and-eight-month-old nephew, Zac Arkin, in the neighborhood today! This is really one of my favorite routines on a Sunday - playing with nephews.

Even if Zac cannot speak yet, I understood that he wants me to take him outside our house. I easily get melt at my nephews' requests so I carry him in my arms and go outside.

The sun is up, but because of some trees and the tall bamboos that give shade, I know it will be a good walk with my youngest nephew.

As usual, I let my nephew speak some words as we are walking outside. I am always very happy that he can utter "Tito" clearly just like how my two other nephews address me. And when he does that, I always give him a kiss.

I have decided to let him experience the animals around in our neighbors as part of my tutorial. I call my tutorials with my nephews as "Titorials".

First stop is this cute sleeping cat. Arkin wants me to release him from my arms so that he can go nearer to the sleeping cat. His reaction is precious!

Next stop is on these chickens. Arkin is very excited go near the chicken and he extends his arms and let his thumb and point fingers to rub as if he is feeding the chickens. Be amaze with this kid!

Third stop is this gray colored cat. I really think that this kid loves animals, especially the cats. He runs to the cat with so much excitement.

He also runs close to the bird as if he can catch it by himself. Hahaha! So, I carry him so that he can see where they are staying. I think our neighbor owns more than a hundred doves.

Our last stop is with the love birds. Since the cage hangs on a tree, I carry Arkin and let him experience the 2 pair of lovebirds. You'll surely love it!

My Invitations for You:

  1. Take your little kids to zoos, mini parks and plazas. Let them experience the nature and see the animals because it will be an authentic learning experience for them. If you are on a tight budget, you can do what I just did - strolling in the neighborhood with farm and domestic animals.

  2. Connect more with your children. Spending time together is a lot more fun and beneficial to both of you. The child will feel the warmth of your love because you carry them, converse with them, hold their hands, kiss their cheeks, and hug them. In return, you will release the tensions in your head, worries inside you and stresses at work.

  3. Be a teacher all the time. Always guide the children in their endevours. Teach them about life and how to connect and appreciate with other people, the environment and the nature. This will make them respect other people, the nature and of course themselves. Like me, give them "Titorials".

Thank you so much for dropping by here. I hope you have fun with my nephew and the animals. And if you like it, do not forget to upvote. Also, if you want to share your thoughts, I would appreciate it very much. See you around!
