Hi! How you doing these days?
I’m good, peaceful, just working at home, on my art n business. Having time to reflect on who I am in that process too. Appreciating all the blessings that I have in my life and asking my ego to stop always wanting more, especially when it’s about finding validation for myself and my career from external sources. Finding satisfaction in where I am at.
I was going to do a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat, but they didn’t end up having a spot for me, so I suppose my current meditation is meant to be at home, painting and tending my endless office duties. I just wanted to send Love to you the followers of this page, especially those who make the effort to read these words, check my videos, buy my products, etc. I super appreciate your support, which sustains my life of creation and service.
Most of you I probably will never meet in person, but I thank you for your online friendship in the shape of comments and messages. My time is always limited and I reserve myself to a few close friends, but I do hope I will see you on my road and give you a hug. Or if you join a workshop we can chill a bit longer and make pretty things together. Anyways, wishing you a good spring no matter what stage of your process you may be at. I appreciate you.
