Do you know what it takes not to be your own bank ?

in #snax5 years ago

It all started in 1999, when Monsanto bought the Cargill seed division for $1 billion 600 million. I was in charge of a Sunflower breeding program for Europe and had a very interesting and well paid job for the last ten years.
When you learn that your company which is more or less making a ten million profit the good years is bought for $1 billion 600 million, the equivalent of 160 years of good year profits, you don’t need to be Soros to realize that there is something wrong.

Shifting from a sunflower breeder, I learn how companies are bought and sold at the Business School of Tours and followed the IFLAS Money and Society MOOC.

Then I join the Duniter project to implement a Universal Dividend and being censored in the forum, I landed at Steemit, which was claiming that there is no censorship there. A wrong statement.

But on Steem, I learn about Bitshares and create a token dedicated to nonprofits: Ventureo
Nonprofits are the only organizations who have a vision for our society, and this is where discussions are going on. In my opinion, nonprofits should have the financial power.

This good idea will take some years to be implemented because it takes times for innovations to be accepted.
If you don’t want to be your bank, then you let someone else, somewhere else deciding for your own future. Let’s open a Bitshares account and become your own bank. Learn how to save your private key and a strong password. Earn SNAX by giving your opinion on Steem or Twitter. Be happy, not any token request for it. Some will pretend that I am a dreamer, but I am not the only one.
