looking back and looking ahead
Hello everyone!
hope everyone is having a great start to the new year.
this post has been slightly late out due to being very busy but... HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone.

This post is gonna be about the looking ahead but first lets look back because i would like to take some time to reflect on my journey so far on the Steem blockchain.
I personally believe i have come such a long way on the steem blockchain some of you may recall my old steem account @chris-the-batman before eventually moving on to my new account @chris-uk.
Back when joining steem i knew nothing about crypto, blockchains etc however steem and its content creators helped me learn and still to this day i am learning. growing up in a city sounds great but its not all that, post education years i started having confidence issues and other issues and the users on steem gave me lots of warm welcome and its now a hobby for me to enjoy despite my writing ability being shambolic.
During my steem journey so far i have socialised in communities and have been able to chat to some incredible people especially users who are in the ramble server despite me not attending shows regularly it was the server that introduced me to many users especially the pypt show, despite very rarely coming on voice i did interact with users and eventually began joining more and more communities such as The alliance castle home to the legend @enginewitty and some very Bold users "cough cough" @saffisara hehe. Another server i joined more recently compared to the last two was steem terminal which is an extremely helpful server run by the most friendliest people on the blockchain, who of which i speak to on a regular basis and so should everyone. Steem is a community get interacting with each other!
I'd like to personally thank all users who i have met on steem, thanks for a great 2019 hers to 2020 and beyond!.
vision for 2020
so looking ahead i am very happy heading into a new year on steem, i do have some small goals set in place for example...
Post content more regularly: this has been a problem from the start of my steem journey and that is finding the confidence to post and what to post about.
Build stronger connections on steem: i have met some amazing users and all i want to do is keep in contact and build on what we all already have.
Become a bigger steemian: currently at 53 rep i want to see that go up hehe.
overall i just want to become a better person and build strong relationships with other steemians.
Already i am playing Splinterlands more and actually have a guild called Splinter elites which as of now has two free slots. aswell as gaming i have recently purchased a computer so maybe just maybe my posts will improve and i will be able to utilise many more things on steem and do more stuff as although there is nothing wrong with mobile steeming in fact i've been mobile steeming for ages and do like doing it having access to a computer is also great.
Engage, Post and Connect!
thank you very much for reading my post
Looking back is good , looking forward is better hahaha a rep isn’t that important some new arrivals start at 48 and you are here doing you steemit thing and are a 53, wallet and connections are more important. We love having you in the server ! Steemterminal is made for helping and getting people to the next stop so great to hear that you like what we do. Did you know there are Uk steem meet-ups

We do what we can, to help spread positive energy... on both Discord, as well as the Blockchain. But we always mention that, at times, it's the family vibe and conversations about life in general, that makes the @steemterminal such a wonderful place.
