WHAT IS CRYPTOGENE?
Cryptogene is a community of people with different mindset, beliefs, culture, background who have come together in order to provide blockchain solutions especially for African Countries. Cryptogene has adopted the process of educating, enlightening of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to the public, mostly in Africa where the need for such information is need.
For the most part, Crypto-currencies see the majority of their enthusiasts in Asia, Europe, and North America. However, the rest of the world could benefit from blockchain technology as well. In fact, some of the most obvious uses for the blockchain and crypto-currencies are in the developing parts of the world. There is also a lot of potential growth in those areas of the world. So therefore the aim of Cryptogene is to ensure that the African continent is carried along through blockchain education, adoption, and implementation. In order to achieve this aim, Cryptogene has introduced its native crypto-currency known as Cryptogene Token (CGT) & (XGT).
Cyptogene Token is the first of its kind. The token will exist on both the ethereum and waves platforms. While the smart contracts will be run on the ethereum blockchain, with code name XGT ,wave blockchain will be used foor its ico.

The last phase of the ico is currently on with a bonus of 20% on every 1000 CGT purchased which was initially 40% during the early stages of last Phase and a 10% referral bonus
Cryptogene ICO will be divided into 4 Stages with a limited token of 3 Million CGT made available for sale during this final phase of the ICO. Each Stage would run for 5 days with an allocation of 750,000 CGT for sale per stage. Token sales begin on the first with 40% bonus on every purchase, and ends on the fourth week with 10% bonus. So, you get bonuses ranging from 40% in the first stage, to 10% at the end of the last stage. All other unused tokens will be burnt.

Week 2: (Nov 10th — Nov 14th): 30% bonus: Extra 300 CGT on every 1000 purchased
Week 3 (Nov 15th — Nov 19th): 20% bonus — Extra 200 CGT on every 1000 you purchase.
Week 4 (Nov 20th — Nov 24th): 10% bonus — Extra 100 CGT on every 1000 you purchase.
Referral bonus:
You also get the chance to earn 10% bonus on every purchase made by anyone you refer. To qualify for this bonus, you must buy at least 500 CGT.

With this great innovation by the team there is a little aspect about the ico that i don't like its the fact that:
The minimum buy order for the initial cost offering(ICO) is expensive ($50) therefore making it unfordable for students who are jobless and cant afford that amount
lack of widespread adoption.
