From this quote i want to share a short message with you'll that, in my opinion most of the people think or overthink about the past and yes it's true that we cannot forget the past because some people say as we should live only in Present and we should forget our past but in my opinion that is really impossible because you lived your past so you cannot vanish it from your thoughts instead learn from your past and concentrate on your present time, means you should be action oriented and it will happen when you stop the overthinking process. Overthinking process is not an good aspect, because it will hold your productive actions and leads towards the losing of opportunities of life because overthinking phase can produce the negativity aspect in our thoughts and that will stop us from producing the positive results. For example, there was a person who was working with an company and there he faced many problems due to harsh behaviour of management and other colleagues, and this was his initial period of job environment so this kind of experience lead him towards the negativity state and he decided to leave the job but initially he thought that now he will not going to do any job because he thought that he will going to face same situation in every company, but slowly he faced financial issues and he started to think about job again but his past experiences started stopping him to take the decision but one day he took the decision of starting his life with new vision and he tried for an new job and he got one but this time the environment really surprised him he found the environment so peaceful and management and colleagues also were supportive. So at last i want to say one thing that thinking is good but don't overthink because it will not help you and take the action because if you take the first step then you can achieve new steps in life.
