GOD WILL FIGHT FOR YOU HIMSELF
BIBLE PASSAGE: 2 Chronicles 20: 15-17
15 And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.
16 Tomorrow go ye down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel.
17 Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the Lord with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them: for the Lord will be with you.

The LORD Himself will fight for you, and you won’t need to lift a finger; stay calm and watch in silence

THE MESSAGE
Sometimes in life, you feel boxed up in a corner; it's not a pleasant place to be especially when it is not your fault, but by misinterpretations, false accusations and misconceptions. When situations arise and we want to desperately defend our names, remember that taking law into your own hands will only cause further damage. Your heart beats fast, possibly even hurting others in your attempts to break free. However, you must learn to wait on the Lord to work things out Jesus is our perfect example of remaining silent and calm in the face of accusations.
If anyone was truly innocent, it was Jesus, yet, He never defended Himself. Though silence is mostly required of us when God is fighting, He will give us words to glorify Him and defend the Gospel. You increasingly struggle in certain areas of your life because Satan has success there like a spiral that you can’t get out of. God is bigger than your weaknesses. Sometimes God fights the actual battle through you, other times He will tell you to do absolutely nothing and He will completely take out the attack arrayed against you.

Prayer Points
Father God, thank You for fighting for me. Help me to be silent and seek You first in my defense!
Lord, thank You for finishing the battle of life on the cross for me and all mine in Jesus' great name!
Lord Jesus, whatever battle I face now, I will fight with the knowledge that I am already a winner!
Father, by Your matchless power, destroy everything Satan wants to use to hinder me from Eternity with You, in Jesus' name!
