It is also a good idea to go to a doctor who specializes in helping people with their habits. This will be an excellent idea because he will be able to give you a prescription that will help you get on the road to changing your habits. You should always remember that it is okay if you don't feel like you are able to stick with it when starting on your own.

Once you are able to get started on your own, remember to stick with it and stay on top of it. The more you know about your habits, the harder it will be for you to break them. as you keep working through them. and get more comfortable with them.

Keep going until you are finally at the point where you can sit down and have a discussion with your significant other about the problems that you are having. That way you will be less likely to feel rejected when trying to break the habit.
