A HAT IN TIME PC - REVIEW

Hello wonderful steemians, it’s another amazing and bright day again, hope our yesterday was great and we are having a great week ahead. For me, I’m buzzing and I’m bringing to the community another awesome game review. It is an exciting game the community will love and appreciate. Everyone will love this one, any age, and also any gender. I will be making a review on an adventure game. It is a game played by gamers and non- hardcore gamers, most especially the non- hardcore gamers. So I will like everyone to sit back and relax as I review the amazing action game.

BRIEF OVERVIEW
Firstly, A Hat in Time is a cute-as-heck 3D platformer featuring a little girl who stitches hats for wicked powers. Travel the universe with Hat Kid as you rival the evil Mustache Girl in order to save the world. Unlock new abilities, more combat moves and spice up your attacks with badges attached to your hat.

Lastly, Hat Kid’s ultimate goal is to recover the 40 Time Pieces that power her ship, scattered across the surface of a strange, cartoony Earth. A Hat in Time kicks off on Mafia Island, the first of four environments and a tightly wound playground that serves as tutorial guide. It’s easy to navigate but complex and multilayered, boasting strange geometry to practice wall-jumping and belly-sliding on, but little in the way of threats thanks to relatively passive enemies and a lack of deadly pits.

A Hat in Time is a game that takes you to different worlds to explore, gathering time pieces and upgrades for your gear.

GAMEPLAY
Firstly, in the Hat in Time, you play as a tiny space-travelling girl with a big top hat. Her adventure is halted when all her fuel, the Time Pieces, is lost and scattered across a nearby planet. Hat Kid must now jump, fight and stitch new hats to make her way into every nook and cranny of this new world in order to restore her fuel and resume her journey. On her way, she'll bump into the menacing Mafia of Cooks, the goofy birds of Dead Bird Studio.

Secondly, every mission in A Hat in Time is unique, at one moment you'll be solving the Murder on the Owl Express by finding clues and interrogating the locals, the next moment you'll be the band marshal in The Big Parade, or sneaking through the bird-run

Thirdly, Jump freely around in 5 massive worlds with new adventures to discover around every corner Just like any child, Hat Kid really loves to climb and explore, no mountain is too big for her sense of adventure. She can do multiple jump moves, as well as climb walls, and swing over gaps.

Finally, by finding and collecting rare magical yarn, Hat Kid can stitch new cute hats with a different variety of abilities, including a witch hat that allows her to cook explosive concoctions, and a wooden ghost mask that allows her to peek into other dimensions. Hats can become even more powerful, by attaching badges that are found, sold and traded by the locals.

CONTROLS
The controls of this game is amazing.

GRAPHICS
The visuals in this game is gorgeous and I really like the art style of the game. A Hat in Time is a 3D plarformer, so it's to be expected to a very bright and cartoony look. The art style draws a heavy inspiration to The Legend of Zelda, The Wind Waker, and it fits the overall theme of the game incredibly well.

SOUND AND MUSIC
The sound and music quality of this game is good. The sound and music is a perfect match. The sound design should be applauded as well. A Hat in Time has a full soundtrack that brings out the awesomeness and the atmosphere. The game is also features comprehensive and amazing voice acting.

PROS

2. Adorable, bright, and cheerful. Hard not to smile throughout.
3. Solid platforming with opportunities to test your skill.
4. Lots of stuff to collect!
5. Excellent difficulty pacing.
6. Witty and humorous writing

CONS

1. Lack of checkpoints can be frustrating later on.
2. Genre inherent problems like camera angles make harder sections even more difficult.
3. Some worlds are more interesting and inviting to explore than others.
4. Challenge level is quite low, not counting optional stages
5. It doesn't take too much time to collect the 40 Time Pieces
6. Camera can be messy at times
7. Several Random Glitches

VERDICT
Firstly, aside from its creative hats and hat-based abilities, A Hat in Time never exactly feels like an inventive platformer. But it does its job well, even while suffering from the occasionally weird camera issues and random bugs that 3D platformers are often known for. The game really stands out, especially for its infectious and goofy personality, its creative and widely different levels, and its enjoyable platforming and most especially, all those hats.
Finally, A Hat in Time is a super fun 3D platformer that builds on the ideas of previous games of the genre to make an attractive and original experience.

MY EXPERIENCE
A Hat in Time is a quality and amazing platformer adventure game with an exciting story and gameplay. A Hats in Time is amazing for more than just its looks, other aspects of the game like the story, sound and gameplay can make you love the game and want to play it every time.
I really love the gameplay and most especially the voice acting of the game and the overall game setting and design, the game fun and exciting as well. The graphics is awesome and the sound and music and voice acting is really amazing. Overall, my experience with this game has been a great with a lot of entertainment and fun. I really enjoyed every time spent on the game. So much awesomeness and fun about the game, and above all, it is an amazing game and amazing story.
