This songs used to define the beauty and happiness of the Nigerian primary school system back in my primary School days.
It used to be sung during or after the school assembly and the whole pupil will return to their various classes full of joy and happiness EXCEPT for the late comers who just received the flogging of their lives for coming late....lol...
