Job Title - Director of Operations

We live in a society where so many people and so much is taken for granted on a daily basis. I believe that our millennials have a strong sense of entitlement but no drive to achieve much for themselves on their own (sure I might be stepping on toes here but I can say with confidence as a Director of Operations to 7 humans this is a true statement).

The Director of Operations has to make sure that there is even enough loo paper........ WHO ELSE WILL CHECK AND MAKE SURE? Nope. Simple things like toothpastes, soaps, the simplest of meals, you name it.......... She's responsible for it. So many take it for granted that clean clothes just magically appear on your bed twice a week. Every day at 5:10 pm there's a meal ready.......... Beginning of the school year.... All your books magically appear........

The so called sub ordinates to this director mainly is expected to do their homework and clean their own mess....... Yet!!! Nope..... That's too much to ask for?

The following video clip resonates with me still because things appear to be so much more different and almost difficult and impossible when you take the exact job description of said Director...... You sprouse it up a bit to sound a tad more glamorous and........ Nope..... Bobs not your uncle! It's unreasonable? No one can work like that? It's inhumane? Yet? Take a look at the clip :

I love my children..... A lot! But as it is natural for most individuals..... I do get tired too........
