The Ventilation Man -Episode 8- Town Hall Revelation

I went into the tavern to meet this ugly little ball of dust sitting at a table singing in a low raspy voice. “Let me guess,” the Dustablon said, “he told you we were the bad guys.. am I right?” He turned his head towards me as he awaited my response.
“He was so helpful, but he did sacrifice my family so he get here. What’s your deal?”
“One thing I can say, is that he came to my people telling us that we were going to be transported into the human world to live among their filth and be blown around by the mighty winds of air conditioning and brooms. He said he knew the way to a safe haven. This is the safe haven. It’s abandoned now because he brought us here just to eat us. He only comes during the day and snacks on a few of us and then returns to the human world. A group of us followed him back to defeat him but were blown back into our world by a hot blast of conditioned air. I was the only survivor from that incident. I saw him run by so I hid in here and started singing our Dustablon anthem. That’s where you came into our story.”
I thought about this for a while. Could the Ventmin actually be a monster to these odd little Dustablons? Did he eat my family? On my world he would be much too small for that. “I’ve heard good and bad about both parties. I’m not sure who to believe. If you could show me some proof, that would help a ton.”
The little Dustablon jumped out of his chair, “Follow me, I have concrete evidence that will show you without a doubt that Ventmin is evil.”
We walked out of the tavern and across the street to their Town Hall. Inside there were murals of creatures like Ventmin in military attire standing over a defeated group of Dustablons. Very odd. He led me into a room entitled “Public Records”. The truth was revealed to me...
