Update On Our Ongoing Steemit T-shirt Project
Hey 👋 there fellow Cameroonian Steemians,
It's an honor to be publishing the updates of our Steemit T-shirts project today. As said in my last update about Successfully having online meeting with fellow country Steemitians, I had started working on one project which is the steemit t-shirt project as said in the meeting we had.
As Cameroonias and as Steemians, I thought it wise that for us to produce, print and own our own steemit t-shirts will be very good as it will enable us to promote steemit In our country more effectively. So after the meeting, I began discussions with @breeze.com about the logo we will use on our Steemit T-shirt. So he came up with the design which we will be using to print on our t-shirts
This Logo was to be printed at the front side of the steemit t-shirt. However, when I showed it to my fellow Steemitians, all of them appreciated the work but some started complaining of the in-security of the country as this ambazonian fighters don't like to see anything related to Cameroon flag on someone. So they suggested we use a different color that is not the same like the color of the Cameroon flag so that they can be able to wear the t-shirt with no fears of being kidnapped or killed because of the Cameroon flag
Again, putting on such a t-shirt with Cameron flag colors on it will look like we are black legs and traitors as they(ambazonian fighters) claim. So in other to avoid such situations from happening to us, we have decided to design a different logo which all of us can put it on and go anywhere that we like
So @breeze.com started work all over again and he came up with this 2nd alternative of which the logo design has now golden and thick blue colours as seen below.
As of now, all of them have agreed to this 2nd alternative color. So this is the logo we will officially be using to print on our front t-shirts. Currently he is still working on improving it
Then as for what we will print at the back, I have come up with this design. Since I thought it wise that as we are out in promoting #STEEM and #Steemit, the front shall have the #STEEM logo as seen from the 2nd alternative Logo design then the back will have #Steemit logo as seen above. The back tshirt will also contain a general writing above the steemit logo written as "Post | Engage | Earn". I thought of this because when someone reads it, he/she will definitely have alot of questions to ask us as "what actually is post and earn"? and so many other questions which we can then promote steemit to them. Then below the logo shall be each individuals username as seen from the design above

Currently since we are still on the process, more suggestions can be coming in as we will welcome the best ideas as far as the designs are concerned.

As concerning the price, we are going for quality Lacoste t-shirts which I have already discussed with the technician and he said printing plus the quality T-shirt will cost 4,000 frs per t-shirt (about 30 STEEM at current STEEM value of 0.22)
This was just an update of the ongoing steemit t-shirt project, when everything will be done and t-shirts distributed to individuals, I will still update everyone about it and I believe it's not long from now.
Like I said, if any Cameroonian individual needs a t-shirt, he/she should endeavor to contact me emmidiately and more suggestions about the t-shirt design/logo are all well

It is unfortunate that the colours is a problem because a appreciate the one with the Cameroon flag
The matter is not price bro. The matter is quality and that goes exactly with the price
As for the logo choices. The one with Cameroon color is really the best but it's unfortunate majority people have denied it since it might make us to be at risk when putting it on
Hopefully, the project goes well. The logo looks beautiful to the eye. Especially in a pink t-shirt.
