CURATION REPORT, TEAM-4 WEEK-05

Hi steemians,

This was the last week of TEAM-4 curation with Sc07 account for the month of January and so we are here to present our last report today, 1st February 2023.

We were able to curate articles written by Steemians which are supervised by our team, TEAM-4 and using the @steemcurator07 curation account, while keeping objective, impartiality and honest work in choosing the best posts of the week.

During the week, we were able to use only 5-days to curate hundreds of articles and plenty of comments established by great authors.

Our week ran smoothly in the respective days of which we were able to carry out curation and we were able to curate 122 posts and 21 comments, giving us a total of 143 posts curated by TEAM-4 despite Just five days of curation. As usual, each community is making efforts to stand out by creating different dynamics for users to work on.

The observations of our curators

• @steemdoctor1 observation on Friday

This was the fifth week of my curation in the month, January. After visiting many communities and exploring various tags, I have successfully curated a total of 29 posts and 5 quality comments. While curation, my priority is always the post which is of good quality so that the users are encouraged to do more best and provide more quality content. Comments are also most important things that are contributing towards the growth of our platform so they are also supported by me always. I really enjoyed my curation during this Friday. It was a pleasant experience for me and I learnt a lot from different posts.

My curation experience was awesome I must say. I toured round the platform looking out for contents I could read and also curate. My responsibility is not just to upvote content but to look out for good contents, I personally learn a whole lot when carrying out this role and that is the reason I wasn't happy I couldn't curate last week because I know I must have missed so many interesting content. A big thanks to my colleague, @steemdoctor1 who stood in for me.

On Sunday, I was visiting different communities, tags and personal blogs in order to support quality posts. While browsing, I found very good publications, especially from artists who did an excellent job. I like to take the time to search and read so I spent the whole day. Many excellent publications but that were not in any club and others that had already been supported by other curation teams.

Overall, it was another great and successful day of curation and I am happy to have been able to support many of the publications.

I had a lovely day going through the posts of my fellow Steemians doing my very best to cover a good variety of tags whilst popping in different communities or even hanging outside such. I came across brilliant photography inspired by winter. When having a quick look I was glad at how consistently active some of the bloggers here actually are. Quite a few of us must be great at time management as we post if not daily than every other day at least. I was also pleasantly surprised by the many lengthy comments that I read some even containing images in addition to the text which are truly my favourite as they do look like miniature articles.

Report of the day:- Today I started curating at 11:44 in the morning. I wanted to give a nice finish to the first month of this new year;
so I not only supported community posts but also supported one post out of the community.

Besides that, I also curated six comments. All is well, that's ends well; and that was my target today. And for that reason, today, I supported the highest club5050 posts. Every day comes with a new lesson, and today I also learned that if the post does not belong to good quality; we can reduce the support percentage. I followed the same today. One thing I would like to add at the end is that; now when users are getting support in their comments.

I found users are carrying more attraction to communicating insightful comments.
