CURATION REPORT, TEAM-4 WEEK-01

Hi steemians,

TEAM-4 first week of curation with Sc07 account just ended and so we are here to present our report today, 8th February 2022

We were able to curate articles written by Steemians which are supervised by our team, TEAM-4 and using the @steemcurator07 curation account, while keeping objective, impartiality and honest work in choosing the best posts of the week.

During the week, we were able to fully used all the 7-days of the week to work and curate hundreds of articles and tens of comments written by great authors.

Our week ran smoothly in the respective days of of which we were able to carry out curation and we were able to curate 168 posts and 38 comments, giving us a total of 206 posts curated by TEAM-4. We noticed that each community is making efforts to stand out by creating different dynamics for users to work on.

We curated posts in 24 different counties with Venezuela taking the lead and then Indonesia and Nigeria

We voted only posts which fulfilled steemit rules such as club status except plagiarism posts and carrying out this, we curated 81 posts that belongs to #club5050, 29 posts that belongs to #club75 and 51 posts that belongs to #club100

We curated posts with 26 different #tag with #thediarygame taking the lead as the leading #tag for the week

The observations of our curators

This week I join this healing team which has received me with very good energy and kindness, thanks guys for that.
I started curating trying to follow my work pattern, looking for quality content but without the rigidity of the 300 words or club rules, only focused on original content.
This week I found very good comments, I like this since the interest in users to give more and better comments is noticeable.

It was my first day of curation for the month of February and on my curation day, I tried as much as possible to tore round different communities, tags and blogs of individuals so as to give maximum support to good quality posts. While navigating, I came across several articles of which I finally supported 27 of them and skipped some. My reason for skipping some of this article was mainly because the users concern didn't belongs to any club status. So I urge everyone to always try as much as possible to power up equal amount to their transfer out so that they could belong to any of the clubs. I also supported a good number of comments so as to encourage good quality comments

It was the first Friday of the month of February 2023. I really enjoyed the curation during the whole day. Today, I found many quality posts and comments to curate and encourage them to do their best. In total, I have curated 29 posts that were of good quality and 7 great quality comments. Many of the posts were quite informative for me and I was really impressed by the great information and gathering more knowledge.

Curation experience was good as usual, I had to look out for good posts...of course I was able to get many of them, I enjoyed most of the ones I came across and also supported them.
I came across few that had vital information but then the presentation styles were not so cool. Another observation is that most users are now making effort to move into club100 status which is quite commendable. It means we would have a lot of long-term investors in the near future.

Before starting curating on my day of duty, I had read a few posts. It is important to be able to find posts that deserve support, even though I have to give more time to read one post at a time. But this is where the pleasure of reading a good post, I can learn and understand some of the things written by the author. Overall Sunday there were a lot of posts worth supporting, even more so in the community that held the engagement Challenge contest. An interesting day with a good post, and success to all of us.

It was another wonderful Monday curating on the platform with fantastic quality content to read on various topics. I noticed that engagement challenge posts exceed the diary game articles. Many bloggers featured ten or more images in just a single post which is lovely and this is what I aim at also. Now after the winter holidays I came across less food related articles for the sake of more travel posts. I supported Steemians from all three clubs who posted in eleven different communities. Comments worth an upvote weren't hard to spot either however I did notice that certain bloggers tend to comment on pretty much everything whilst others don't at all so I wish more start to comment.

Today I enjoyed curating, and like the other days, I tried to curate several posts in terms of clubs and various qualities of the contents. Today my laptop was not working in the second half of the day; So I decided to keep the curation account respite and my laptop too. However, I finished my job well, and in the end, I was a bit confused with the three posts. But then I select one diary game among the other two posts

There were many important tasks that he did on his birthday. Some important things getting his hair cut, purchasing a very beautiful watch, withdrawing the money, visiting the graveyard, and at the end celebrating his birthday party with his family and friends. ^{Opinion: This colourful and easy to read article is inspired by a contest which focuses on how diverse a language actually is. Proverbs are something hard to translate, can make you laugh and are no longer that much in use so I am really glad that there is a challenge here on the platform that makes us rethink all that. I like that the author chose to illustrate the three sayings she elaborated on as per the assignment. She shared personal facts about her family and proverbs used amongst its members. I am pleased by how she formatted her post and that she also replied to the comments. ​}

^{Opinion: The foremost reason was the quality and clarity of the photographs. Then I found author justify the hashtag by sharing her entire day routine elaborately with her Zumba dance and spending her time with her students by playing alphabet games, which shows how we can utilize 24 hours creatively. Hence I selected the post as a top post of the week.}
