Okara curry, a twisted version of indian curry.🍋🍋
India is a very diverse country in terms of religion, culture and languages, therefore Indian cuisine is also very diversified.
Curry is a very important part of Indian cuisine. In different part of India curry is made in different way.
Curry pakora is very popular but instead of pakora I used okra, and traditionally curd is used to make it sour but being vegan I made it using lemon and it is super yummy.
Lemon juice, gram flour and okra is the main ingredients of it. various spices also used to make it tangy.
Here I am sharing recipe video. It is very easy to make.
