"Early Morning On The Taylor"
Painted on location along the Taylor River in Colorado.
”Early Morning On The Taylor” 18”x28” (#2106) oil on linen canvas by Lee Gordon Seebach
I was set up early to capture the morning light streaming in from the east, making the trees glow. The sky was clear so the blue reflected in the river as I looked north.
Such are the greatest times in my life: just me and Mother Nature.
I hope you enjoy seeing this painting.
More to come,
Lee

I see my art as lighting some candles.

There was a bar in Evergreen that had a huge picture window and a view of a river that looks very similar. Nice!
Thanks so much @richq11! I may have to visit Evergreen then. 😃
If you go out West Colfax from Denver, there's a road that goes to Evergreen. I think it branches off at Golden to the left. (It's been awhile since I was there)
Thanks! I'm headed north now from the panhandle of Texas. I never know which way the wind will blow me, so when I get to Kansas, it may push me west or east. Who knows? If it's west, your directions may come in mighty handy! 😎
Thanks for sharing another beautiful painting.
I feel like I've been to the river this morning.
😄😇😄

You're welcome and thank you @creatr !
A beautiful painting... I really like they way you have captured that light you generally only see where there are bodies of water-- even small rivers.
Thanks @denmarkguy !
