Great post! I also love to go to the farmer's markets where I live in the NYC area. I also belong to a CSA program. It is such a treat to have access to a wide range of fresh vegetables and fruits.

That pizza looks amazing! My wife makes cauliflower crust pizza sometimes and it is delicious. I totally agree that It is better to get people eating more vegetables even if it is not the most healthful way initially!
