EMPANADAS VENEZOLANAS
Buenas tardes amigos, como todos sabemos la empanada es algo muy venezolano, aca les muestro parte del procedimiento para elaborarlas:
1º Se prepara la masa de maiz, sobre una bolsa plastica se coloca una pelota
2º Se extiende hasta que quede delgada
3º El relleno lo pueden colocar de los que ustedes deseen, en este caso es queso, pero puede ser pollo, carne, pescado, lo que quieran
4º Cortan la masa para darle la forma que gusten
5º Luego se frien en un sarten con aceite caliente
Asi tendremos estas ricas empanadas que las podemos consumir tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. Asi me despiso deseandoles un feliz dia
HAHA, no hay nada mejor que unas buenas empanadas, junto a una malta bien fría.
