Carbonara Pasta
This recipe is especially dedicated for pasta lovers.
Ingredients:
- Pasta (long or short, whichever is your choice)
- 1 Egg per person
- Butter
- Bacon
- Parmesan cheese or to your liking (Grated)
- Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
Elaboration:
1- Make the paste, remove from heat and remove the water. Put aside.
2 - Meanwhile put to heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and once hot place the bacon to sauté for about 3 minutes, remove it and add the onion with a dash of salt. (Do not add salt to the bacon since naturally its flavor is salty and your preparation will be very salty).
3- Beat the egg with a pinch of salt and add the grated cheese and continue beating.
4- We go to the pasta and add the bacon, onion and stir very well. To finish the egg beaten with cheese and heat for about 2 minutes and ready. Bon Appetite!
