Have you changed the days you post...or it is the same?

For the past few months, my free time have been used up cooking, reading, hanging out with friends and sleeping in that order plus any othr chore tha comes along. I can tell you i hardly get done with my to-do list which can be very annoying.

My question is...How would you make sure you spend your free time wisely? Is it all fun things you do during freetime?
How would it feel like if every moment of the day were free time?
