Fishing Net (catching Bolinao fish)
The fishers set up the nets in a circle round about while the people around are pulling up the rope towards the seashore.
Making it sure the bottom part of the nets are touching down the seabed.
Usually they are doing this by night time.

This small fish are very abundant in the southern part of Cebu island. This are also the favourite food of larger fish.
This could be the reason whalesharks, mantarays and similar sea predators are occasionally in the area.
agreed @chalacuna! It's really abundant even though this small creatures appears only seasonally.
