Will the Taliban attack on Afghanistan affect Sri Lanka?
The Taliban war in Afghanistan war is another hot topic these days.
As a result, US troops entered Afghanistan in 2001 and later lost control of the capital, Kabul to the Taliban. Its leader, Omar also fell ill and died.
Afghanistan is the 41st largest country in the world with a large and area. Its population is over 4 million. But about 70% of that population does not go to school. This is a country where some divisions are suffering a lot.
So recently we heard about the Taliban attacking them. The Taliban have been active again since the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan. The Taliban have hijacked all Afghan tanks as well as fighter jets. and their main objective is to ensure that there is no ceasefire will be reached until the Afghans take power. However, the last Taliban captured the presidential palace also. Afghanistan is a country where Buddhism was prevalent, but due to these war situations. It has now disappeared from the country. The main objective of these Taliban fighters is to bring all religious states under their control. If not, destroy them and seize power. It is reported that the international jihad organization has supported the current series of attacks.
We need to consider this because this attack is not unique to that country. This is a very important point for us as Sri Lankans. If someone thinks that is not the case, then it is ignorance.
Many countries around the world have joined this organization. So this could be the next catastrophe after the current covid 19 global crisis. Because their purpose is not to change.
The problem here is not a matter of religion. We must respect all religions. But these extremists should not fight like this by insulting even their own religion. It also has a severe impact on innocent Muslims. But those extremists have broken those boundaries.
I don't like to this incident because afgan people are so helpless. Rich people can escape from the country but others...😥
As far as I know, terrorists have done no harm to ordinary citizens .Americans only take rich people to that country because they have an advantage over it .I think Americans are secretly involved in this war.
But I feel sad about that people. Think about their mentality... If it happened to us?? People should stop doing wars.... 😥

This is sad. Afghan people are so helpless now. Their President left the country and its people. I saw some viral videos two people falling from an aircraft. Everything is heartbreaking. This may be a warning for all of us.
