Adolescence : المراهقة

I was looking at some files in my computer and by chance I found pictures back to ten years ago. I had a smile that left me for a long time. I returned with the memories of adolescence, a stage I will never forget.

As it is clear, the problems of adolescence disappear with the duration and maturity, but the problem in which parents fall on their lack of awareness of how to deal with the teenager, which makes it from a transient to something permanent and continuous which may inhibit the psychological stability of the adolescent.

Most parents I still remember personally from the period of my adolescence cannot distinguish between the normal behavior of their children and what is the opposite, and this is because of the lack of educational culture and giving lectures and orders instead of communication,keep comparing him/her with those of his/her age,and prevent showing emotions to teenager and more.

Adolescence is not a problem, but one of the stages in which a person goes through. The way to adapt to it requires understanding the feelings of the children and what they want, as well as directing their energies and enthusiasm towards something positive and absorbing anger and helping him/her to get a strong personality by helping them get rid of shyness,let him participate in social activities surrounded by people from different ages.

كنت أبحث في بعض الملفات بحاسوبي وبالصدفة وجدت صورا تعود لعشر سنوات مضت،علت وجهي ابتسامة غادرته لمدة طويلة،عادت ومعها ذكريات المراهقة،مرحلة لن أنساها.

كما هو جلي فمشاكل المراهقة تزول مع المدة ومع نضجنا ولكن المشكلة التي يسقط فيها الأهل على عدم وعيهم بكيفية التعامل مع المراهق مما يحولها من مرحلة عابرة إلى شيء دائم و مستمر.

معظم الآباء ومما لا زلت أتذكر شخصيا من فترة مراهقتي لايقدرون على التفريق بين ما هو طبيعي من سلوكيات أبنائهم وما هو عكس ذلك،وهذا بسبب النقص في الثقافة التربوية.

المراهقة ليست مشكلة وإنما مرحلة من المراحل التي يمر بها الإنسان، وطريقة التكيف معها تتطلب تفهم مشاعر الأبناء وماذا يريدون، كذا توجيه طاقاتهم وحماسهم نحو ما هو إيجابي و امتصاص الغضب.
