Cool, I'm trying to think of ways of getting in shape. I've decided to use the stairs to my apartment instead of the lift some days (22 floors) but I miss group stuff. I used to do roller derby and LOVED it but here in China they don't do it. Fitness with partners or in teams I prefer to solo stuff. Adds an extra element to it. Looking forward to seeing your progress :)
Yes, it is easier if you have people around you with the same goals.
Too bad that they dont offer your sport but maybe you can find a new one.
Is roller derby were you drive in a circle and punsh each other?
