Those Paid To Click Apps

Mucking around the bitcoin faucets, i've come across a number of paid-to-click apps where the business model seems to be sharing with users a portion of the ad revenues. The apps are pretty thin content-wise and all they do is keep you waiting till you're eligible for the next video.

Seems like a good idea to practice my android app coding skills. Haven't made an app since 2012 but this seems enough.

a) User registration with Google account
b) Have a feed or simple game
c) Log 20 - 30 minutes since last ad-click
d) Display video ad
e) Record payout to customer
f) Enable withdrawals either via crypto / paypal
g) Keep track of user's balance
