A Marathon A Week
I know it sounds crazy but running a marathon a week is actually pretty doable. Ever since i started my one-punch man training, i realize that i have done just that.
So first up, what is one-punch man training? It's basically 100 squats, 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups along with a 10km run every day! Now, since i'm not exactly young anymore, i've decided to start slow and allow for a rest day in between most days so it's 4x per week.
Running 10Km 4x per week is 40 km, which is just about a marathon a week and you feel great unlike after running a full marathon where you feel crappy. Or at least i do. End up needing like a week to recover anyway.
Just a suggestion to start slow and you can achieve the same result.
