The amazing Asian hotpot

Today a few friends came a long, I made the Cambodian hot pot for them. They did not expect, that they had to eat so much food.The taste was amazing 

Hot pot is very popular in the Asian kitchen. Hotpot is type of soup made from a different flavor, like from beef, fish, chicken or Tahoe. You can add any type of vegetable and any type of meat as you want. 

First you made the soup to have a better flavor, then add it into an electric hotpot, afterward everyone can add anything what they want to eat into the soup, while the soup keeps boiling. 

Of course, you have to keep eating too. It can take about two to three hours to finish all the food.

I made extra side dish like spicy oyster and salad.
