The Diary Game 3 [20/03/2023] // Curation SC08, Ghost Town, My Daughter’s Hair.

Steem greetings from the motherland-Cameroon fellow steemitians and welcome to my blog as I share how it all went through with me in this day. It was ghost town as usual in my location, declared by separatists fighters. Every Mondays, we are forced to stay home but others not afraid go about visiting, farming , etc. All businesses and offices are shutdown.

It was my curation day using the SC08 account. I got up from bed early, took my bath and started curating at about 6:00AM when the account voting manna was at 100. I had to search for quality posts across different communities, and so the needful checking before voting.

I took the early morning hours to curate about 17 articles. It was time for us to take breakfast, my kids were still in bed while my husband was giving moral support. We both prepared the breakfast (fried ripe plantains with omelette. Sorry guys, I forgot to take a picture of the breakfast.

After eating, I had to complete review engagement week 3 entries in the steem-cameroon community. I had to check all the necessary details and then filled the sheet. From the data on the sheet, we were able to come out with charts representing the dat for easy reading.

After review, I had to relax my daughter’s hair. She had undergrowth for more than a hair and the hair detangled in a way that I could not comb. I had hair relaxer to soften the hair and blow dry. When I took the hair relaxer, opened it and it was not looking good inside the container. I decided to check the expiry date and noticed it expired since last year.

I had another relaxer at home my husband bought previously. I had to use it on my daughters hair. The hair took me about 1 hour 30 minutes to complete it and will the plait it with attachments next week.

I heated water to use wash the hair after relaxing. I used shampoo and hair conditioning to clean the hair. Dry it with towel and apply softwave hair oil. I used hand dryer to blowout the hair and style it.

After the hair, I went to the roadside to empty my trash at the site for garbage truck to carry. From all indications, it implies that the waste will be there for a longer period, causing lots of hardship, most especially health challenges. I emptied my trash and took a selfie and emptied streets while returning back home.

While at home, I clean my hands with running water and soap. I went indoors to nap for a while before continuing with curation with the SC08 account.
