The Diary Game [04/01/2023] Work, laundry, CR report and Preparations for Dad and Mom’s 80th and 70th Birthdays.

Greetings fellow steemian friends, I hope we are all good this morning. The festive period is over and now time for us to work and I officially resume work on the 4th of January 2023. There is no more sleeping and farting 🫣🤣🫣🤣. The second term school calendar has resumed and I have a duty every school day to prepare breakfast and snacks pack for my daughter.

On this day, I wake up at 5:00 AM and did my morning meditation 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♀️ for about 15 minutes. I went to the bath and did some hygiene chores before heading to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. I made noodles for the kids and my husband said he was not in the mode to take breakfast that early. At times I forced him and put in his bag pack to take to the office.

It was a cold morning in my area as the harmattan is still alive. The early mornings are cold and one cannot do without putting on warm clothes.

When my daughter left for school, I had to start working on my laptop before my son wakes up from sleep. At times he does not want me to concentrate and work but play around with him. While working on my laptop, I took some dirty dresses and soaked with detergents.

After working for the early mornings, I then decided to wash the dresses. My son was still sleeping as he slept late last night watching cartoons. While I was washing the dresses, he got up from bed and started disturbing. I had to bath him and fed him and he went back to the room, continued watching cartoons on his laptop. I hurriedly rounded off with the dresses around 1:00 PM.

Then I decided to popcorn and eat while working on my laptop. When I was done with the popcorn, my daughter was back from school and she joined with my son to eat the popcorn.

Later on within the day, I received a text from the printing company I ordered magic tea cups for my dad and mom’s birthdays. They were requesting some information to be added and I equally did some corrections before confirming printing. One of the cups cost 3500frs in our local currency and I ordered for 28 cups.

Later in the evening hour, had to heat left over food for dinner. I served food for everyone, fed the kids in order to ensure they eat well. Then I decided to eat just vegetable with chicken without fufu as my dinner. I did not want to eat anything heavy as I was afraid of constipation. I had lots of work to be done that evening.

After eating, I had to prepare my weekly country representative report in the POD community. I had programmed to do it in the early morning but was occupied with other duties. I posted it around 8:00 PM and continued with my office work.

I stayed up late working on my laptop till around 1:00AM when I decided to get some rest. It was a hectic day of work because I had to come out with plan of work for 2023.

My day was a fulfilled day as all my tasks for the day were all accomplished. Thank everyone for the support so far and stay blessed.
