My discussion will focus on the following guiding questions below and I hope you all find pleasure reading through this content.

How do you handle yourself when making decisions? Are you able to solve problems?

In life we are faced with situations that prompt us to make decisions to either pushback or forward. In all, it can be a positive decision or a negative decision. The decisions we take also depends on the gravity of our problems.

Some problems come with lots of pressure and required someone with a calm mind to think and bring forth creative ideas for a permanent solution. When I find myself on situations that rather brings more pressure on me, at times I feel confused. In such situations, I do not hurry or rush on taking a decision because I might take the wrong decision in a rush.

When I have a calm mind before facing a problem, I will be able to get a lasting or long term solution. Notwithstanding, there are some moments that require a quick decision to redress the situation.

In all, my decisions always depends upon the gravity of the situation. But in all, I always have a calm mind and not over carried by emotions to take wrong decisions. With a calm mind, I got to take both long term and short term solutions to my problems.

Intelligent people know how to align their abilities with their possibilities, do you think that is the secret to success from your perspective?

It all depends on what we quantify or rather qualify as success. What I might consider successful to me might be disqualified by another person. However, opportunities can be easily transformed into success if we apply intelligence.

Notwithstanding, this does not mean that only intelligent people are successful. A lot is considered or rather put in place to become successful. Amongst them is discipline. You might be intelligent but if you do not discipline yourself, you might ended up unsuccessful.

Also, you might be intelligent but do not have a strong network to put you on the limelight. The world will operate in nowadays, success also is determined by your network.

Creativity is often associated with the artistic but it goes beyond that, how creative are you? Do you find it difficult to conceive ideas?

I can say I am someone who always confront challenges and do not easily give up. This means I do not find it difficult to conceive ideas. One thing that also provoked my creativity is when I am working in a team.

However, not all ideas are worth conceiving. There are some ideas that you need to give it some time, to sink deep in your head before taking actions.

There are some bad ideas that conceiving them is like being infected with cancer that will gradually eats you up until it damages your blood. Therefore, I always mind the type of ideas to conceive.

Are you able to work and have people around you who are smarter than you? What advantages are there in that?

I always believe that one can never know it all, and I’m definitely not “a know it all” kind of a person. I always like to associate myself with smarter people whom I can learn more from them while they also learn from me.

I do not make friends with those who entertained gossips or seat and discuss about other people and not discussing about ideas. Discussing ideas with other brilliant minds boost your confidence in taking decisions.

How easily do you adapt to new changes in any aspect or area of ​​your life? Does it usually overwhelm you or the opposite?

Changes are constant in life, meaning they will always come up and we should always expect that to happen in life. I am not the type who is overwhelmed due to changes. I often adapt to changes and face issues the way they showed up.

In my work life, I easily go with any change but some changes at the work place might be risky to the extent that I cannot comprehend them. In such situations I do not force things but rather redressed my steps and only watched.
