IP is the number coded string that identifies a computer or a device and offers them access to the internet we all need an IP to access the internet. Until recent years (2010) we accessed internet under the IPv4 protocol. But the problem is the limited numbering of the codes available with this method, with the growth of online services where trying to get an IP address. So IPv6 was born with had to be taken to extend the numbering of IP addresses. It offered extended coded strings with 430 sextillion IP addresses available now but it isn’t enough, the industry needs more IP’s that are readily available. So IP addresses are becoming a valuable asset. IP addresses are used by a growing number of processes regarding data mining, providing access to geo-blocked services, keeping data secure, VPN applications have become more valuable. But many people face problems with this programs, such as

High subscription fees for of VPN software.
A limited supply of high demand geographical locations IP.

Liability, because we don’t know what actions are done by using our IP address.

IPSX is a decentralized marketplace that use blockchain technology to enable the perfect exchange of IP. It allows developers to create applications that need to be established in open foundation surroundings to use dynamic IP’s to work at all moments. This will be further improved by an Ethereum-based transparent payment ecosystem, enabling direct payments between the providers and requesters of IP addresses. The result is a highly liquid marketplace for IPs.

The IPSX ecosystem has three main operational layers;

Blockchain/Ethereum layer - It is using smart contracts that will manage wallets, profiles, and token balances. The team is also exploring the possibilities of integrating the micro Raiden protocol for micropayments in this layer

Front End/Application layer - The user interface by means of the IPSX Java App enabling communication between centralizer smart contract and the VPN applications.

VPN connection/Service layer - Referring to Third-party VPN applications used to instantiate VPN.

IPSX is decentralized IP Sharing Marketplace that will create a global IP marketplace. It will be a framework for programs that IP addresses are a must.
IPSX is aiming to become a key ecosystem for all areas requiring larger or smaller www.ip.sx 4 volumes of IPs; by providing significantly lower IP prices and addressing IP accessibility and availability issues.
IPSX connects the users in a peer-to-peer network and allows rent IPs to other users.

Clients would be able to access, in real time, IPs from all around the world and use them for short period of times, as of 5 seconds up to a whole month.
IP Exchange will create a framework allow custom made applications that require a large volume of IPs based on IP Exchange’s SDK and APIs.
