Hello dear friends!
This is my submission for #neoxiandtubecontest in which asked how to change negative into positive.
Sometimes under special circumstances or failure, a negative mindset arises in us. These are some bad experiences in the past which are always going on in our brain. Actually changing the place or keeping ourselves busy cannot change these things from negative to positive, but for this we need to understand those things which are our bad experiences. In fact all the data related to it feeds into our brain and it is always with us wherever we go. If we keep ourselves busy then we can forget as long as we are busy. After that the incidents are remembered again. In fact, these things keep repeating as much as we want to forget. For example, if we see the temple, it does not mean that our eyes are purified or our eyes are spoiled after seeing the bad scene. There is a need to really understand these things. If on the day we understand these things well then on that day we will be able to change our negative mindset into positive mindset.

Thanks for a great video @certain, and great advice about the need to understand the negative in order to make it positive, it's only by understanding our bad experiences and learning from them that we can avoid repeating them and make something positive out of it, it's awesome.
