Our engagement determines the amount our rewards; #newsteem

Regardless of the circumstances, whether favorable or unfavorable, people never panic, who have faith in their hard work and their own. After HF21, the chances have increased for those who work harder because the more engagement, the more the reward. I don't think much has changed. All things are the same, just our point of view is different. Where earlier there were less rewards but curation was more. If your curation is halved, more rewards are also received. There is no need to do a lot of multiplication on this issue, only I know that the situation has never become serious for those who have constantly activated themselves.

I do not agree with you.
I work very hard here, over 10-12 hours I post original and longer content as most. I engage, comment and vote everything I read. I help others where I can and my earnings are less as 1/10 as 2 weeks ago.
So it is not about working hard, good content but about knowing the right people, licking feet or buying as much Steem and be a big fish yourself so everyone wants to be friends with you.
Ask the newbies what they think about it or the next group leaving.

10-12 hours are enough to have get a reward , unfortunately it is not happening like you hope .Your anger is justified. I know that despite slow internet speed, you remain very active and toil. I think you are not able to focus your attention on those things which give more rewards. However, your slow internet is more responsible for this, as @dtube @steemhunt @ oracle-d.tasks (beside @actifit) steemfest related post requires faster internet. You have a problem of fast internet due to which you are unable to work here and you are not getting the required rewards in terms of hard work.
It is a difficult thing for the new babies, but not impossible. Because we too started with zero, after spending 1 year, we have come a bit low. As the new baby learns, the path will become easier for them even though there is a tough time.
