My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2021
Hello guys!
Good day to all..
This is my today's actifit report card.. Today my score is only 5K steps.. Fail to go outside due to increasing Pandemic.. just waiting 29th April after that I will make departure for my homeland. This is not a good time going on. is time we have to keep our self inside house as we are culprit and do not want to go outside. I already bored with such life. But what we can do just precautions and avoidance.
Twice in a day I used to do some physical therapy meditation and yoga to keep myself fit. Today evening when I was walking at my roof that time I found this beautiful picture with beautiful climate as it is cloudy atmosphere at the time of evening here.
Hope my all friends will be fit and healthy.
