Who Said Change is Easy?
Whoever said that change is easy? 'Cos that person doesn't know what they're talking about. Change is SIMPLE, yes, but hardly ever easy. Time to #GetReal with how we delude ourselves when we decide to change (and think that that means that we've changed)

I think change can be hard. It's like not liking the outcome of our actions. That acceptance part is not easy. But we learn as we age I guess. That's what my grand parents used to say. :)

Indeed, real change is not easy... Oh sure, there might be some almost insignificant changes that aren't that difficult but, changing behavior, or habits, or reactive patterns is pretty damn hard... It's a process of getting back up when you fall and continuing to Work on it until you Do change that matters... Upvoted and resteemed. Thank you @cerise
