2019 A Year of Creation

Creation is hard. Whether we are creating ourselves (changing old patterns, creating new patterns) or creating something in our world (like developing a project or working towards a goal). A lot of blood, sweat, and tears go into creation. We often get stuck on the vision phase of creation - who we want to be, where we want to be, what we want to do - but when it comes to actually doing what it takes to manifest those things we fizzle out.
