Flight of birds

Some have an important relative, others work hard, others crawl... And for me, it's just like that, for no reason - a bird just passed me by. How many years have they been stepping on my foot and crushing their own legs . How could I, fools, fall - when a bird has crossed my path? Every verse and girl thinks about me, they slander me , and the more they slander me, the more people love me: - Bird, may your way pass! - they call to me, I believe them, dizzy with faith, my shoulders begin to itch and lo and behold: I'm flying, flying after the bird that crossed my path. Get off! - they shout with anger and alarm. - You are a kite, tied to your navel... I am afraid, I struggle, I want - I cannot: a bird, a bird passed me!" And fly over envy, love and hate, my cells are ringing with laughter... God save not me - save that bird that passed me...
