Good day all, trust u all are well, I am well too. This is steem kids and parenting as I have come to share my food diary here. Today in my food diary, I would be teaching easy steps to cook a very delicious beans and potatoes.

Beans and potatoes is my favorite food as I have learned to cook it because of the sweetness of the food. It is very easy to cook as I would show you easy steps in cooking this special delicacy food.

In cooking this food at first, you select your beans and parboil. I have selected a little quantity of the beans and parboiled for 30 minutes as it's just for me alone. So after parboiling the beans I rinse with water and sieve twice as this stops heartburn and indigestion.

Now I had dropped all ingredients for cooking this food and without adding spices because I wish to have the taste of the food naturally. Ingredients I am using for this food are fresh pepper, red palm oil, salt, some cubes of maggi and just a little kilogram of crayfish.

I have always boiled my potatoes for about 5 minutes before peeling the back, as this is easier to peel off potatoes than peeling before cooking. So here is the picture below to justify my writing.

Over to this next stage, I sliced my onion and ground my pepper and made my ingredients ready for use. After this, I put back my beans on the cooker and waited for 15 minutes before putting my ready ingredients.

Within some few minutes I added my sliced potatoes to the cooking food, also with red oil palm and waited for 5 more minutes and then my food is ready.

This food is very proteinous to the body as it is also advisable to eat it regularly.
