5 TIPS TO GET RID OF COMMON COLD

Here's my five tips to get rid of common cold:

CHICKEN SOUP
Whenever I am sick my mum always cooked chicken soup. My mum said that chicken soup is good for our body as it supplies everything our body needs during a time of infection.

VITAMIN C
Vitamin C is a great way to keep away from common cold. Since, I am a picky eater and only eat certain fruits (source of the Vitamin C) like orange and apple, my mum usually give me Vitamin C 1000mg tablets. Vitamin C will help our immune system running efficiently, thus allowing us to get recover from sickness more faster.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Drinking about 8 glasses or 2 liters per day will flushed out cold viruses from our body for our body speedy recovery. It also helps to relieve some of the symptoms of the common cold.

USED LISTERIN OR SALT WATER
This might be painful to do but it does works. Gargle a lukewarm salt water or Listerine twice a day to get rid of some of the common cold symptom. We need to prevent viruses from attacking our immune system.

GET ENOUGH REST
Last but not least, get plenty of rest. Our body need to rest in order to get recover from sickness. A good night sleep, consuming Vitamin C and drink a lot of water are all we need to be fit and strong again!
