My immune boosting everyday takeaway breakfast...

For the last few month I've been working in the 'matrix' a cooperate office in the city of Barcelona. Answering 100 calls per day, getting paid peanuts and slowly loosing my brain sells and creativity.

Since getting into this unnatural routine I've had to adjust my life style a little some of it positive. Getting up to an alarm everyday was first a shock to the system but right now I quite like how it forces me to get up, dressed and ready to get out first thing in the morning. I don't like to eat straight away when I get up, it makes me feel bloated and uncomfortable. Instead I pack my over night soaked oats in a jar alongside my packed lunch and off I go on my bike to get the station.

Having breakfast when I get to work gives me something to look forward to when I arrive. Instead of feeling down and depressed about the repetitive day ahead. I can at least enjoy and energy lifter, for of vitamins and minerals essential for the body to protect it self from sickness and be on top form.

The weather dipped here a little and a lot of people around me started getting colds but as yet nothing has touched me, my immune system feels strong and protected and I know my daily breakfast has a lot to do with that.

My soaked oats contain:

  • 1 cup gluten free organic oats
  • tbsp chia seeds
  • tbsp flax seeds
  • tbsp carob powder
  • tsp baobab powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
    ☝️Stir all together and then cover with water and leave over night. Serve the next morning with banana and berries. I also added carob and avo fat bombs for extra gooeyness!

If its for weight loss ur better off with intermittent fasting. Keto is not sustainable and u know my thoughts on coffee in fact makes u hungrier in long wrong and alot of ppl agree that the bullet proof coffee isn't keto. Hope u joking haha 😂

Lol i wasnt joking 😂 i have no weight problems im just experimenting with high fats and low carbs, mixed up with intermittent fasting. Decaffinated coffee atleast 😂😂😂

Ive had good results so far! Since i did the first fast when i was underwieght, the normal fasting made me put on good wieght again 😊 ive been skipping days of eating and then binging on healthy foods and notice though how my stiff joints get stiff again after eating anything.
