Clear your thoughts by taking a deep breath in, close your eyes, hold, focus on your third eye and slowly breath out. Keep repeating whilst maintaing straight posture in sitting buddah position.

I noticed positive effects by doing this just 10 minutes daily. I felt more positive and energic and my skin and appearance also looked healthier.

Just by giving yourself a time in the day to not being doing or thinking about anything can make so much of a difference to your lifestyle!
