Goals are an amazing way to inspire all of us towards having the things that we desire.
But more often we end up frustrated due to failure to do the things that we must do.
You may attain your goals only when you know how to do arranging them up correctly to start with.

Here I'll give you a few useful pointers to help you get started on the right track.


  • Let's begin with the end in mind. Exactly what is the end result you would like to achieve? Do you wish to lose weight? or want shed 1 gown size rather?

  • Be specific and realistic. How much do you want to lose exactly? By when? Actually it's not enough to say " I want to lose weight". If you want to lose weight then set up your goal in a realistic manner. If you say you want to lose 11 pounds then work for it. Set your timeline til when you can achieve the 11 pounds? You can't just say that you want to go back to your weight 5 years ago in a month. Who will believe in you? Not even yourself rather. LOL!

  • Record it and put it up. It is not good enough to think of the goals in your mind. You need to jot down all your particular goals as well as the reasons why, . After that paste it up where you will view it every day. Avoid write it down on the notebook and hang that inside the cabinet. Instead, insert it up in your dressing desk mirror, or perhaps anywhere else that may be in simple sight. Keep in mind, "out of sight, out of mind! "

  • Make it simple and easier to follow. Let say you want to lose 30 pounds, then you should break it down to smaller for much easy plan. You see, 30 pounds is so much work for you to do but when you break it to only 1 pound per week for course of 30 weeks. It's manageable now! Just control your diet and do more exercise and you'll see it pays off.

  • Go with the flow. Just stick to your plan and you'll gradually see the result. Losing weight don't just come on overynight.
    Don't expect that you will see the result fast. Sometimes you have to deal a lot of patience to achieve your goal. You have to think of it as Slowly but Surely!

  • And lastly I'll share the big secret - Know your reason for doing it. Write down what's your reason of doing this for? Other people come to failure when it comes to achieving their goal because they skip this step. Writing it down so that you're always be reminded of what are you doing this for? This will motivate you to continue, to go further and not to give up. Make it personal and emotional. The greater the emotion in your reason the more likely you'll surely driven towards your goal.


    Simple steps as it may seems but if you follow this you'll see the difference.
    I'll end this with the saying " Health is Wealth! " So stay healthy everyone.
