A Native Coconut Bread with Coffee
Filipino really love this combination especially in the morning or in the merienda. the bread + coffee. You need to dip the bread in the hot coffee then it eat and drink the coffee afterwards or other method is slice the bread in half and put the egg on it (optional).
This kind of eating was passed on from many generations of our families and turned out to be a part of our filipino culture.
