Birthday Party with Unschoolers Young and Old
Yesterday we attended a very fun birthday at the waterpark for Meta (9) and Ira Belle (1) Freeman.
There were about 50 people in attendance, including at least a dozen children.
One of my favorite parts about this community here in Mexico is how integrated children are into every day life.
Adults PLAY with the kids here, they are still young at heart.

Whoa your unicorn cakes are adorable. We've got a 5-year-old girl in our family, and I'm really excited for the day she turns 6, so I can make a unicorn cake like yours, complete with a curly horn!
My kids are all grown and I truly miss playing with them at the playground and reading to them every evening before bed.
