Peanut Butter Cookies
Hi all. I have made some peanut butter cookies.
⚡1 cup peanut butter
⚡1/3 cup Natvia
⚡1 free-range eggs
⚡1/4 cup plain wholemeal flour
⚡1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 160C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Roll cookie dough into 12 balls and place on the baking tray, lightly flattening with your fingers.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on the tray before moving to a wire rack to cool completely.
